العربية- FOUZ will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
- Items must be returned with all FOUZ tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.

- Customer must message us within 3 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if we receive the request after 3 days from the receipt of the item.
- Shipping costs, duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.
- Shipping cost of the returned item will be deducted from the total refund amount.
